A Dia de los Muertos Celebration

Join us for an unforgettable evening on November 1st, 2024 as BibiSol celebrates the vibrant traditions of Dia de los Muertos (The Day of the Dead) with a modern Mexican prix fixe dinner.

Alongside the culinary journey, we invite you to contribute to our community altar, with an image of your loved one, a small belonging, and a small portion of their favorite food or drink. After the dinner, join our Dia de los Muertos Baile (dance).

Course 1: Platano Relleno Empanada
Stuffed plantain empanada, frijol puree, and a hint of queso Cotija.

Course 2: Pozole Rojo
Rich pork and hominy soup, seasoned with chile ancho and guajillo. Garnished with fresh radish and greens, and served with a house tostada.

Course 3: Enmoladas
Blue Cónico corn tortillas dipped in a silky black Oaxacan mole sauce, filled with chicken.

Course 4: Pan de Muerto
Traditional Mexican bread filled with candied local pumpkin and dusted with corn husk ashes.

Vegan Menu
