Join us for an unforgettable Yucatec inspired five course dinner on December 31, 2024.

This year has been a wild ride for us with the opening of BibiSol in July of 2024. We are so grateful to all of you for a wonderful start. Here’s to more years to come!

Price: $120 per person, gratuity included in tickets (Optional wine pairing available for $45.)

Course 1: Sesame Maiz Tuna Steak Tostada
Sesame & maiz crusted & seared tuna, served on blue conico nixtamal tostada, blackened morita aioli, and apple & fennel slaw.

Course 2: Sikil Pak & Cashew soup
Pepita Sikil Pak & cashew soup, topped with guajillo oil, toasted sumac, and served with local sourdough crouton.

Course 3: Pibil
Chicken pibil marinated in an annato & citrus salsa, cooked in banana leaf (some from our very own banana tree!), served with roasted cauliflower, totomoxtle y tomatillo salsa, carrot & citrus puree, salsa xni-pec, mole tétela, micro cilantro, and salsa xni-pec.

Lime Ginger & Burnt Honey Granita, Brut
